**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients, including startups, SMEs, and large corporations, for our co-working spaces.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their needs and provide tailored workspace solutions.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals, and convert them into successful business opportunities.
Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and tours of our co-working facilities to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts, handle client objections, and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high client satisfaction.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and business development initiatives.
Key Requirements:
1+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the real estate, co-working, or related industries.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Passionate about selling co-working solutions and creating value for businesses.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
