Admin Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and oversee all administrative functions, ensuring efficient office operations
- Coordinate with clients, handling communications and assisting with their requirements
- Track campaign calendars and schedules, ensuring timely execution of tasks
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required
- Assist in organizing agency files and maintaining records

**Eligibility Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Decent proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Previous experience in an admin or coordination role (preferred but not required)
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach
**Preferred**:
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- Yearly bonus
