**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Handling Corporate Business operations for Conceptualizing & implementing sound business strategies for accomplishment of sales targets.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote hospital services, programs, and specialties to target patient populations and referring physicians.
- Plan and execute community outreach initiatives, health fairs, and educational events to promote health and wellness and increase hospital visibility in the local community.
- Coordinate with physician liaison teams to develop referral relationships and support physician outreach efforts through targeted marketing initiatives.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators, including patient volume, referral sources, and campaign ROI, and provide regular reporting to hospital leadership.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and revenue generation through data analysis and market insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Analyze marketing campaigns and initiatives to measure their effectiveness and impact on business objectives.

Pay: ₹8,604.41 - ₹30,000.00 per month
