Description:
**Principle Accountabilities**
- Execute & Promote business and achieve the sales targets as per the business plan.
- Ensure proper placement, visibility & facing, shelf space, stock availability, stock condition (FMFO) and Hygiene of products at stores.
- Develop market intelligence, new chain of outlets & expansion of distribution network
- PO tracking on daily basis.
- Identify the unlisted products and follow-up for listing.
- Organize Customer Contact Programs and addressing complaints.
- Review & identify the business gaps and develop the sales promotional activities.
- Constantly exploring new opportunities in the domain of Institution sales, Modern Trade B2B and HORECA
- Ensuring Stock Availability and maintaining effective Fill-Rate in all accounts with reasonable forecasting accuracy
- Maintain MIS and sales report and provide timely feedback and sharing of regular visibility images to supervisor.
- Regular update on competitor margin and activities/Launch.
- Responsible for increasing off-take in stores, sampling etc. to increase the sales.

**Skills**:**Experience**
- 2-3 yrs in FMCG key account management is Compulsory
- Exposure to various sales channels is an added advantage
- Total experience of 4+ Years

- Successful front line retail negotiation experience and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and conceptual selling skills.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- FMCG key account management is Compulsory: 2 years (required)
- FMCG B2B Sales: 2 years (required)
- Strong analytical, planning and negotiation skills: 2 years (required)
- Successful front line retail negotiation: 2 years (required)
- Successful front line retail problem-solving skills.: 2 years (required)
- Strong communication and conceptual selling skills.: 2 years (required)
- Strong Business Acumen: 2 years (required)
