1. Understand Customer needs and develop plans to address them.
2. Identify key persons in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships.
3. Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively.
4. Approach potential customers to establish relationships and retain them.

5. Gain solid knowledge of competitors

6. Coordinate with the internal CIMT team for efficient flow of work.
7. Highlight any problems that arise.
8. Monitor the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
9. Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to the internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.

1. B.B.A/B.M.S
2. 5 to 10 years of experience in Sales or Relationship management or Customer handling or Customer service or Key accounts handling

3. Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Hindi
4. Basic computer knowledge
5. MS Office knowledge

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:
