Executive Assistant to CEO

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and oversee projects directly under the founders' purview, ensuring successful implementation and follow-up.
- Facilitate the founders' vision by coordinating cross-functional teams to align with strategic objectives.
- Support the CEO with day-to-day operations, including preparation for meetings, drafting correspondence, and conducting research.
- Serve as a liaison between the founders and internal departments, external partners, and investors.
- Assist in the development and nurturing of partnerships and business relationships.
- Play a supportive role in fundraising activities, including preparing presentations, coordinating with stakeholders, and organizing fundraising events.
- Manage scheduling, including arranging meetings, travel, and accommodations for the founders.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on progress towards key business initiatives and objectives.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a business operations or executive support role.
- Strong understanding of business functions, operations, and strategy.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in office software, including CRM platforms, presentation software, and spreadsheets.

**Experience**:
- Experience in an operations or administrative role directly supporting senior-level management.
- Proven track record in project management and execution.
- Previous experience in partnerships and fundraising is highly desirable.
