Executive Assistant to CEO

**Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and prioritize the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Coordinate logistics for board meetings, including agenda preparation and document distribution.
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Research and compile information for reports and special projects.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, budgets, and presentations.
- Support the CEO in various aspects of project management and strategic initiatives.
- Manage travel arrangements and itineraries for the CEO.
- Ensure the efficient operation of the executive office by implementing systems and processes.
- Participate in staff meetings and take minutes as required.
- Assist with on-boarding processes for new employees and interns.
- Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and electronic.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Handle special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO.
**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong research skills and the ability to analyze information effectively.
- Experience in project management preferred.
- Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and respect in all interactions.
- Available to work flexible hours as needed.
- Experience working with senior management preferred.
- Comprehensive understanding of corporate confidentiality practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to find solutions independently.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
