we are hiring for a Customer Support Executive

Experience:

Location:

- Noida, Sector-62

Working days:

- 6 days working (Sunday Work from Home(mandatory)

Working Timings:

- 10:00-7:00 pm.

**Job Description:

- **
- Addressing customer inquiries.
- Resolving issues related to têxtile/garment product
- Provide product information
- Strong communication skills
- Have a good understanding of têxtile materials and processes, and be assist customers in a professional and helpful manner.
- Stay informed about product updates and company policies.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
