Job Title: Customer Support and Operations Executive

**Job Description**:
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Support and Operations Executive to

join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless communication with our tenants and resolving

rent reminders, and contributing to overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Tenant Communication:

Handle tenant inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.

Complaint Resolution:
Investigate and resolve tenant complaints and issues, ensuring swift and satisfactory resolutions.

Maintain comprehensive records of complaints and resolutions for future reference.

Phone Support:
Handle incoming complaint calls from tenants with patience and empathy.

Provide clear and concise information, guidance, and solutions to tenant issues.

Operational Support:
Collaborate with the operations team to streamline processes and enhance tenant experiences.

Assist in coordinating maintenance requests and other operational tasks.Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions and support activities.

Prepare reports summarizing key performance metrics and customer feedback.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in using customer support software and tools.
- Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with challenging situations.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
- Prior experience in property management or real estate is a plus.
