**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Mail Communication with Customer
- Management of Incoming returns till dispatch to customers
- Re-conciliation of incoming Vs Claimed
- Understanding of ERP for Punching of return orders
- Ensuring Closure on Customer Complaints.

**Desired skill**:

- Understanding of Market Returns, Ms-Office, Proven Proficiency in written & verbal Communication
