Inside Sales Executive

Experience: 2-5 years

Location: Hyderabad (WFO)

Shift Timings: Monday - Friday (6:00 PM - 3:00 AM IST)
- Very Good Communication Skills
- Immediate to 15 days Joiners are preferred.

**Job Description**:

- Responsible for achieving daily, weekly, and monthly inside sales targets
- Consistently build, track, and handle a pipeline of opportunities in CRM, provide accurate forecasts, delight customers by exceeding outbound Sales Services
- Research and call relevant stakeholders to describe Gleecus' service lines and set up meetings with stakeholders
- Prospecting by making a minimum of 100 outbound calls via various lead channels to nurture relationships and generate qualified sales leads
- Ability to have sprints with stakeholders to understand the company's vision
- 2 + years of experience in International outbound calls with targets(US & UK)
- Knowledge of upselling and cross-selling is preferred but not mandatory
- MBA in Marketing is an added advantage
- Excellent communication & reporting skills
- Capable of learning on the fly
- Exceptional business acumen, customer focus, listening skills, negotiating & influencing ability
- Go Getter with a Can do attitude

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- US shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
