**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Assist in creating sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
- Support the sales team in lead generation and prospecting activities.
- Participate in sales meetings, training, and strategy sessions.
- Shadow experienced sales representatives to learn about client interactions and solution selling.
- Provide administrative support to the sales department, including data entry and CRM management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions to clients.
- Assist in tracking sales performance metrics and preparing reports.
**Requirements**:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in BA, BCom, BMS, BBA, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Strong interest in sales and technology,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges.
- A basic understanding of sales principles and techniques is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
