**Responsibilities**:

- **Patient Interaction**:

- Greet and assist patients and their families with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Effectively communicate with patients to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide information about healthcare services.
- **Appointment Scheduling**:

- Coordinate and schedule patient appointments, surgeries, and diagnostic tests in collaboration with the medical staff and relevant departments.
- Ensure accurate and timely scheduling to optimize patient flow.
- **Patient Education**:

- Provide information to patients regarding hospital services, facilities, and admission procedures.
- Educate patients on prescribed medications, follow-up appointments, and post-discharge care instructions.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including personal information, medical history, and treatment plans.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations in handling patient information.
- **Assistance with Admissions and Discharges**:

- Facilitate the admission and discharge processes by assisting patients with paperwork, insurance verification, and other administrative procedures.
- Collaborate with the billing department to address any financial queries from patients.
- **Patient Satisfaction**:

- Monitor and address patient satisfaction concerns promptly and effectively.
- Seek feedback from patients and implement improvements to enhance the overall patient experience.
- **Coordination with Medical Staff**:

- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Communicate patient needs and updates to the medical team.
- **Emergency Response**:

- Handle patient emergencies calmly and efficiently, following established protocols.
- Coordinate with emergency response teams as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a patient care or customer service role within a healthcare setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathetic and patient-focused approach.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic healthcare procedures.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 per month
