**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Patient Transportation**:

- Pick up and drop off patients as required, ensuring their comfort and safety during transport.
- **Coordination of Therapy Process (60% of Role)**:

- Assist and coordinate with patients and doctors throughout the therapy process, ensuring all steps are clearly communicated and followed.
- Act as a liaison between patients and medical staff, addressing any questions or concerns.
- **Office and Field Work (40% of Role)**:

- Handle delivery of stem cells and other materials as needed.
- Perform additional fieldwork assignments as directed by the manager when patient transportation is not required.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Strong communication skills, with an emphasis on polite and effective interaction.
- Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
- Must have access to reliable transportation.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in a healthcare or patient care setting is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
