Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through online research, inbound inquiries, and targeted outreach.
Utilize CRM systems, databases, and other tools to track and manage leads.
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and prioritize high-potential prospects.
Understand customer requirements, pain points, and objectives by engaging in meaningful conversations.
Present the features, benefits, and value proposition of our products or services to potential customers.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our organization's offerings, including web-based solutions, features, and pricing.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings.
Consultative Selling: Act as a trusted advisor to prospects, offering solutions that address their specific needs and challenges.
Customize sales pitches and presentations to showcase how our offerings can deliver value and solve their problems.
Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with potential clients, demonstrating reliability and professionalism.
Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Sales Pipeline Management: Track and manage your sales activities in the CRM system, updating lead statuses, interactions, and relevant information.
Regularly follow up with leads to move them through the sales funnel and convert them into customers.
Sales Closing: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with potential customers.
Close sales deals while adhering to company guidelines and sales targets.
Reporting and Analysis: Generate and present regular reports on sales activities, progress, and performance metrics.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for optimization.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in a web-based or technology-driven environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with potential customers.
- Solid understanding of web-based products, services, and digital solutions.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or a related field.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
