**Responsibilities**:
Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at our properties.

Handle guest queries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.

Handle all administration practice at reception.

Ensure that guests have a smooth check-in and check-out process.

Ensure that the guest rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained.

Coordinate with internal teams, housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure that all guest requests are fulfilled promptly.

Manage and maintain accurate records of guest details and preferences.

Build relationships with guests.

**Qualifications**:
Assist in preparing and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and lease agreements,

and ensure all necessary signatures and approvals are obtained.

Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in the real estate or property

management industry.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

effectively.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally

with clients, agents, and colleagues.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software

Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and procedures is a plus.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in office

administration or real estate is desirable.
