We are hiring Telesales Executive at one of the leading Hair Transplant Clinic at Mumbai - Ghatkopar, you will be responsible for generating leads and converting them into clients through effective communication and relationship-building. Your primary focus will be to connect with potential clients over the phone, educate them about our services, and guide them through the process of scheduling consultations and booking hair transplant procedures.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation**:
Proactively reach out to potential clients through outbound calls.
Utilize various sources to identify and qualify leads interested in hair transplant services.
Maintain a comprehensive database of potential clients and follow up regularly.

**Client Consultation**:
Conduct detailed consultations over the phone to understand the client's needs and concerns.
Educate clients about the hair transplant process, available treatment options, and associated benefits.

**Appointment Scheduling**:
Efficiently schedule client appointments for consultations and procedures.
Coordinate with the clinic's scheduling team to ensure seamless booking and follow-up processes.

**Relationship Building**:
Establish and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing clients.
Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

**Achieve Sales Targets**:
Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Implement effective sales strategies to maximize conversion rates and revenue.

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience in telesales or a similar role, preferably in the healthcare or aesthetic industry.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
Knowledge or willingness to learn about hair transplant procedures and related services.
Target-driven and results-oriented mindset.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
