Personal Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage executives calendars and set up meetings
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements
- Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
- Oversee the performance of other clerical staff
Assisting company director in everyday work:
- Planning
- Plant coordination
- Material procurement
- Marketing & sales
**Work Experience**:
- Should have 1-4 years of experience as an assistant or secretary to the MD of a company.
- An office coordinator is also good, but who has steady experience in admin, coordinating.
**Skill Set Required**:
- EXCELLENT FOLLOW UP SKILLS Most important requirement.
- Follow up skills she should have.
- Should have working knowledge of MS OFFICE especially EXCEL & Word.
- Good command over English.
