Personal Assistant

Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Personal Assistant to support Managing director in professional matters. The Personal Assistant will play a crucial role in managing the daily activities, schedules, and communications of Managing director, ensuring efficiency and productivity in all aspects of their life.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and maintain MD's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events as needed.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation, and preparing travel itineraries.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism, maintaining the highest level of confidentiality at all times.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as required, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or similar role, supporting high-level executives or individuals.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels.- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks and communications
