**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Support Manager at eVanik Networks Private Limited in Noida. The Customer Service Support Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing technical support to customers, and managing customer support operations. The manager will need to possess strong analytical skills to identify and resolve customer issues effectively.

**Qualifications**

Customer Satisfaction and Customer Support skills

Strong analytical skills

Experience in managing customer service operations

Excellent customer service and technical support skills

Good problem-solving and communication skills

Experience in the eCommerce industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
