**Customer Support Representative**

**Location:

- UPSIDC Industrial Area MG road Ghaziabad-201015**

**Timings:

- 9:00 A.M TO 6:00 P.M**

**Salary:

- 15-22 KPM**

**Experience:

- 06 months - 1 Year**

**Key Responsibilities**:
=> Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.

=> Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, and selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the issue.

=> Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams and follow up to ensure resolution.

=> Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

=> Provide product information and technical assistance to customers.

=> Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and uphold company values.

=> Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks and goals as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Any Graduate
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong organizing and time management skills
- Customer service skills
- Customer handling skills
- Ability to work well with a team
- Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction
- Proven customer support experience or experience in a similar role.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
