**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Gaining an in-depth understanding of the Company and its products
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; and suggesting information about other products and services.
- Maintains customer records by updating account information.
- Engaging with the Customers and showcasing KC Roasters brand
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain the problem or reason for calling.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
- On behalf of the company, the employee will have to look into customer relations

**Required skills**:

- English fluency
- Must be either Graduate or Postgraduate or Doctorate in any specialization
- Must be Energetic
