**1. Audit and Compliance**:

- Lead and conduct audits of various business processes to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Identify compliance risks, recommend corrective actions, and ensure their implementation.
- Serve as a key advisor to departments on maintaining and enhancing compliance practices.

**2. SOP Development and Implementation**:

- Develop, implement, and manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to standardize processes and ensure consistency across departments.
- Ensure SOPs are regularly reviewed, updated, and aligned with regulatory standards and organizational goals.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate teams on new or updated SOPs and compliance guidelines.

**3. Process Improvement and Optimization**:

- Analyse workflows and implement strategies to optimize processes while minimizing risks.

**4. Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of audit findings, compliance assessments, and SOP revisions.

**5. Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing**:

- Work with cross-functional teams to understand their processes, identify areas of improvement, and support Coe initiatives.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Master’s degree in Operations or a related field.
- 8-12 years of experience in audit, compliance, and SOP management, with a strong track record of successful process improvement.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in audit and compliance.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in documentation and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
