Associate Communications
The Associate Communications job participates in the implementation of employee communications policies and programs within the organization. Working under general supervision, this job drafts employee communications and utilizes a variety of communication tools to help drive employee engagement and ensure that employees understand the company's mission, strategy, policies and performance.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Drafts and reviews a range of organization-wide and business line-specific materials in traditional print form, electronically or through online technologies, e.g., newsletters, brochures, handbooks, conference and seminar materials, and benefit and compensation communications.
- Ensures employees are well-informed of compensation, benefits and other internal programs and policies.
- Drafts and reviews function-specific documents and ensures they are written appropriately for the targeted audience and comply with organization style guidelines.
- Delivers the organization's internal communication strategy so that employees can rapidly identify, send, receive, and understand information.
- Supports internal project teams on approaches for effective employee communications.
- Seeks guidance from senior management regarding communications challenges that require more advanced knowledge.
Educational Requirements
- University (Degree) Preferred
Work Experience
- 2+ Years Required; 3+ Years Preferred

Broad responsibilities include:
- Support the head of communications in creating and implementing a robust internal communication framework across the enterprise
- Plan and execute high-impact creative communication campaigns and initiatives for flagship programs of the enterprise
- Build, operate and execute multiple industry partnerships for the Enterprise
- Identify new ways of communications channels
- Support the head of ID&E in creating and implementing a robust strategy and framework across the enterprise with data, metrics that support the overall inclusive index
