An accounts administrator manages a company's accounts, including accounts payable and receivable. Their responsibilities include:
- Overseeing financial transactions
- Reviewing and reconciling accounts
- Processing payments to external partners
- Maintaining records of invoices and receipts
- Supporting the finance team
- Delegating accounting duties
- Ensuring accounting documentation is stored and visible
- Analyzing transaction records
- Receiving and verifying billing and requisitions
- Contacting clients to collect payments
- Other responsibilities might include:
- Keeping precise records
- Ensuring adherence to accounting regulations and policies
- Recognizing and suggesting enhancements to processes
- Working together with other departments to guarantee precise and prompt reporting and analysis
- Directing clients, third-party vendors, and direct marketers about their responsibilities
- Maintaining client services
- Preparing, submitting, and filing tax forms
- Updating internal accounting databases and spreadsheets
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
