Outbound Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Qualify leads to determine their interest and fit for the products or services offered.
- Present and explain product/service offerings to prospective clients.
- Tailor sales presentations to meet customer needs and preferences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns effectively to ensure satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and outcomes using CRM tools or reporting systems.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects to close sales.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and strategy discussions to improve sales performance.
- Prioritize and manage tasks effectively to ensure maximum productivity in a fast-paced environment.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Minimum Qualification: High school diploma (HSC) or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 1 - 2 years of experience in outbound sales, B2B, B2C, insurance, or credit sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships and maintain a client-first approach.
