The Ad Ops Services Associate will provide world-class customer service and support for the Amazon global advertising business. This role will be responsible to perform certain accurate media plan creation/reviews and to handle reporting process within the tool.
Key job responsibilities
- Gain a thorough understanding of the business and operational areas.
- Configure and launch digital advertising campaigns on the Amazon platform, ensuring accuracy and adherence to advertiser specifications.
- Manage ad inventory and trafficking processes, ensuring the timely and accurate placement of ads across web, mobile, and video platforms.
- Coordinate with advertisers, marketing managers, and product teams to ensure seamless ad delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to diagnose and resolve any issues affecting ad performance.
- Ensure all campaigns adhere to Amazon standards, legal requirements, and company policies.
- Identify opportunities to streamline ad operations processes and implement best practices.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of internal tools, processes, and workflows.
- Process allocated work to meet and exceed daily productivity targets.
- Maintain the highest standards in campaign QA and media plan creation/trafficking.
- Stay updated on the latest ad technologies, platforms, and industry trends.
- Provide support and coverage to global advertisers.
- Provide advertisers with confirmation of media plan setup and guidance on best practices.
- Complete ad server and campaign audits using checklists to ensure accuracy and completeness of campaigns, including go-live workflows.
- Verify that creatives meet ad policy standards.
- Uphold user experience by confirming ad units function correctly when they go live.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge, skills, and business acumen in the ad operations field.
- Exhibit outstanding organizational, prioritization, attention to detail, and multi-tasking abilities.
