Office Assistant/ Pre-sales

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Perform clerical duties: filing on GEM website, preparing, and organizing GEM-related documents.
2. Prepare price lists and sales quotes according to project requirements.
4. Create and format documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using MS Office Suite and Google Workspace (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
5. Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings.
6. Draft and edit internal memos, reports, and other business documents.
7. Manage and organize electronic and physical files for an efficient filing system.
8. Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
9. Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
10. Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree with diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent Proficiency in MS Office ang Google Workspace (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment, such as printers and scanners.
- Previous experience in an office environment is preferred.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in document creation and data entry.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
