Executive Secretary

Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare meeting agendas, distribute materials, and take meeting minutes as needed.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and data entry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and external partners on behalf of the executive.
- Maintain and organize files, records, and documents, both physical and electronic, in a systematic and accessible manner.
- Maintain a well-organized and efficient executive office, including ordering supplies, managing office equipment, and handling administrative tasks as needed.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as an executive secretary or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Adaptability and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and multitasking abilities.
**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
