**Pay**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Responsibilities**:

- Support in ensuring the company's compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in organizing and preparing agendas for board meetings, recording minutes, and following up on action points.
- Maintaining and updating statutory books, including registers of members, directors, and secretaries.
- Assist in preparing and filing necessary documents with regulatory authorities (e.g., ROC, MCA).
- Provide support in offering legal, financial, and strategic advice to the board and management.
- Act as a point of contact between the board, shareholders, and regulatory authorities.
- Assist in developing and implementing company policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Support in conducting secretarial audits and preparing necessary reports.

Key Skills:

- Basic knowledge of corporate laws and regulations
- Good communication, interpretation and drafting skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
