**Responsibilities**:

- Will ensure utmost confidentiality and integrity of operations
- Support in handling appointment desk / calendar, Maintaining contact directory.
- Assisting in Guest Hospitality
- Assist in all Internal & external liaison, coordinating all necessary office as well as business transactions on behalf of the director
- Manage data / department filing / document management
- Handle work scheduling, scrutinizing of documents / papers
- Organize and prepare for conferences / meetings (briefing material, venue & travel arrangements, presentations, participants & delegates profile etc.)
- Assist in travel management (domestic & international) and Tour arrangements
- Coordinate with accounts for vouchers/ payments
- Managing the reminders
- Managing credit card payments, track and preparation of monthly statements and ensure payment to the card a/c
- Coordination/ follow-up with Departments/ Units for timely execution of tasks.
- Any other assignments given from time to time.

Work Remotely
- No

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
