Assisting employees/ex-employees in handling various types of queries as below:
- **Joint declaration** queries End-to-end, assisting employees in submission through teams/Zoom meeting etc. and liaising with EPFO till closure. Handling queries and providing resolution related to correction of PF records like (Name, Father Name, Gender, Martial status, DOJ, DOE, etc.).
- **EPS (Employee Pension Scheme)** cases End-to-end including:
- preparing and submission of any letters/documents to EPFO and
- liaising with EPFO till rectification of the case is done
- assisting employees in case there is EPS issue in previous employer’s deposition through calls/mails/drafting any communication etc.
- **Assisting in PF Transfer and withdrawal** for employees/ex-employees end-to-end including liaising with EPFO.
- **KYC updation and correction** End-to-end including liaising with EPFO.
- **Old UAN creation** (For employees who were previously not allotted UAN, prior to year 2014).
- **Merger of UAN** in case more than one UAN is active.
- **Incorrect UAN Tagging of PF member id by current/previous employer**
- **Any other support**employees/ex-employeesmay need for their PF account
- Approval of Online Joint declaration on behalf of employer
- Approval of PF transfer requests on behalf of employer
- Tracking of all above cases and sharing a monthly report with status of each case
- Systemic tracking of all queries with complete audit trail.
- SLAs for TAT and quality of responses
Independently manage the queries and resolution
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
