- Responsibilities_

**_ _**
- _Define, build, and test new report requests in Workday (or its replacement)_
- _Provide internal customers with requested reports in accordance with quality and compliance, recommendations from the report catalogue and coach them on proper process to request and self-serve_
- _Support the internal teams with reports._
- _Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives to ensure services are effectively delivered_
- _Use online case management tool to manage incoming requests and provide timely closure of cases ensuring quality customer service._
- _Provide on the job training to members of other teams_
- _Provide input into appropriate metrics and reports around compliance, performance, and data analytics._
- _Provide data for internal and external audit._
- _Additional responsibilities from quality area, leading improvements, providing trainings_

- _Relevant HRSS experience_
- _Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills in English._
