**_Responsibilities_**

**_
- **

**_Define, build, and test new report requests in Workday (or its replacement)_**

**_ _**

**_Review & Audit requested reports in accordance with quality and compliance, recommendations from the report catalogue and coach team members for proper process to request and self-serve._**

**_ _**

**_Use online case management tool to manage incoming requests and review/audit responses generated by the team._**

**_ _**

**_Monitor workload and performance targets._**

**_ _**

**_Provide data related to Supplier team’s performance and volumes to build _**
**_HR_**
**_ service delivery dashboards._**

**_ _**

**_Address and solve any performance/ process issue across the area of responsibility._**

**_ _**

**_Coordinate activities aimed at estimating team’s workload and workforce needs._**

**_ _**

**_Participate in activities/initiatives pointed out by the upper Management._**

**_ _**

**_Overall, proactive team management and coaching_**

**_ _**

**_Drive and support initiatives from quality area, leading improvements, providing trainings._**

**_ _**

**_ _**

**_Understanding of quality & compliance to local laws & regulations is necessary requirement_**

**_Minimum Qualifications_**

**_Any Graduate / Postgraduate_**

**_Excellent soft skills to deal with the sensitive employee grievances or relations_**

**_ _**
**_Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills in English_**

**_ _**

**_Preferred qualifications _**:
**_PGDBM / Relevant certification in HR will be preferred. _**

**_Experience in Workday & ServiceNow_**

**_ _**
**_Green belt/ Lean Six sigma certified would be preferred._**

**_ _**
**_Relevant experience in North America HRO domain_**

**_ _**
**_Excellent soft skills to deal with the sensitive employee grievances or relations._**

**_ _**
**_Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills in English._**
