- Responsibilities_
- _Minimum 5_
- _Resolving Tier 2 inquiries (ServiceNow or other systems used for case management)_
- _Update new hire records in Workday (or its replacement), including, modify organization & position structure in HR system._
- _Manage administrative tasks related to the hire process._
- _Update associate personal data changes which are not processed through self-service, including, support new hires with update to personal data._
- _Correct associate job data, organization data changes._
- _Administer employee lifecycle business processes in Workday (or its replacement) i.e., hire, promotions, transfers, retro corrections, job data changes, confirmation process, and separations._
- _Generate change job letters as per changes initiated in HR system e.g., promotion letters, transfer letters etc._
- _Manage administrative tasks related to the exit process of an employee from the organization (incl. communication & forms)_
- _Manage other administrative tasks related to hire to retire process, depending on the country agreement._
- _Support in internal audits for SOX controls_
- _Administer Workday (or its replacement) data audits._
- _Data integrations (monitoring and working error reports)_
- _Follow quality requirements & act in compliance to local laws & regulations._
- _Additional responsibilities from quality area, leading improvements, providing trainings._
- _Maintain process documentation & document templates._

- Minimum Qualifications_
- _Any Graduate / Postgraduate_
- _Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills in English_
- _Relevant HRSS experience_
- _Relevant experience in NA HRO domain_
