We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our dynamic startup team. As the right hand to our founder, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring operational efficiency, strategic alignment, and seamless communication within the organization. **Responsibilities**
- Data Insights and Decision Support: Gather, analyze, and interpret data to drive informed business decisions.
- Handle sales reports, press releases, meeting summaries, performance decks, investor briefs, and departmental KPI dashboards.
- Optimize workflows using Zoho and manage customer support chats.
- Operational Effectiveness: Proactively schedule and manage the founder’s time.
- Organize reviews and meetings based on agreed frequencies.
- Monitor effectiveness, track progress, and follow up on action items.
- Drive key processes and deployments.
- Maintain the founder’s calendar for efficient time management and stakeholder interactions.
- Coordinate appointments and assist with schedule management.
- Business Development: Identify growth opportunities, strategic partnerships, and potential markets.
- Assist in developing business proposals, conducting market research, and exploring new revenue streams.
- Administrative Duties: Prepare monthly operational reports, result presentations, and action reports.
- Fulfill board requests with meticulous attention to detail.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in office management, executive support, or similar roles.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (spreadsheets, databases, etc.).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills and attention to confidentiality.
- Familiarity with Zoho or other workflow optimization tools.
- Minimum work Experience: 2 years |
- Mon to Saturday work from Mumbai (Vile Parle) | Willing to travel to multiple cities. Handle multiple hats.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attitude of go getter
