We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief of Staff with a background in Chartered Accountancy (CA) or an MBA, and a proven track record of 4-8 years, particularly in startup environments. As Chief of Staff, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing the overall effectiveness of our organization, working closely with senior leadership.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and analyse financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making.
- Generate Management Information Systems (MIS) reports to provide insights into financial performance.
- Proficient in creating comprehensive pitch decks for fundraising activities.
- Act as a strategic advisor to the executive team, providing insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance organizational efficiency.
- Oversee and contribute to legal drafting, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Lead and execute special projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organizational goals.
- Implement and manage processes to improve workflow and project delivery.
- Serve as a liaison between the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Contribute to the development and execution of the company's strategic plan.
- Provide strategic insights to senior leadership based on financial analyses and market trends.

**Qualifications**:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance from a reputable institution.
- 4-8 years of relevant experience, with a strong focus on financial management and strategy.
- Proven experience in startup environments, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
- Excellent financial modeling skills and proficiency in creating impactful pitch decks.
- Strong knowledge of legal drafting and compliance requirements.

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
