Job Description: Sales Executive (Amigo Developers)

Location: Parra, North Goa, Goa

Amigo Developers, a prominent real estate company based in Parra, North Goa, is seeking a skilled and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our real estate properties to potential buyers. This position requires exceptional communication skills and a strong aptitude for building relationships with clients.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop a deep understanding of Amigo Developers' real estate offerings, including residential and commercial properties, land, and investment opportunities.

Actively seek out and identify potential buyers through various channels, such as online platforms, referrals, networking events, and local marketing initiatives.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads by effectively managing and nurturing client relationships.

Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.

Conduct property viewings and present compelling sales pitches to potential buyers, highlighting the unique features and benefits of Amigo Developers' properties.

Provide accurate and detailed information to clients regarding property specifications, pricing, payment options, legal procedures, and any other relevant information.

Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both the buyer and Amigo Developers.

Collaborate closely with the marketing and operations teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.

Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to represent Amigo Developers and expand the network of potential clients.

Maintain regular communication with existing clients to foster long-term relationships and generate repeat business.

**Requirements**:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and persuade potential buyers effectively.

Proven track record in sales, preferably in the real estate industry or a related field.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market in Goa, is highly desirable.

Familiarity with relevant legal and regulatory requirements related to real estate transactions.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track sales progress.

Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate client needs and attend events as required.

A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation for property visits.

A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
