**About Us**

Founded in 2017, FAWEA is into the events space in Goa, primarily associated with the Performing Arts. We’ve been planning and hosting events on a weekly basis within the Afro Latin dance Community. We also deal with artist management and corporate events. In December 2020 we organised GOAL - Goa Afro Latin Dance Festival which was attended by 500+ people from all over the country.

This opening is specifically for our next initiative which is going to be an arts festival in Goa. We are looking for a Marketing & Sales expert, who will also be our sponsorship representative and can drive our next project into a grand success.

**Role & Responsibilities**:
**Marketing and Sales**:

- Conducting in-depth market research for our products and as well for competitive products. Become a market expert within our domain.
- Create and execute an integrated marketing strategy, starting from launch to post
- event activities. This strategy should include creative implementation of new and trending techniques.
- Tie up with promoters/ Influencers to achieve sales target and maintain relationship with the same.
- Work on a solid brand voice, theme & image.
- Designing and implementing marketing plans for company products.
- Familiar and skilled with online-only sales targets to be achieved with online salesstrategies.
- Taking accountability for sales targets and to develop a plan to achieve them.
- Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas.
- Provide regular activity/contact reports and revenue pipeline estimates.
- Partner with social media executive and/or designers to ensure successfulimplementation of marketing strategy.Sponsorships
- Identification and evaluation of potential sponsors. To develop and execute sponsorship proposals and the management of all sponsorship-related communications.
- To work with sponsors to develop custom campaigns and marketing materials.
- Responsible for managing and scheduling all sponsorship related activities. Thisincludes developing and implementing marketing and sponsorship plans, working with sponsors and donors to ensure that their investment is maximized, and reporting on sponsorship results.
- Maintain deep relationships with existing and potential sponsorship clients and exhibitors.
- Develop and manage an accurate database of all sponsors and prospects.

**Qualification and skills**:

- Should hold a graduate or post graduate degree in Business administration/ Marketing & Sales or related field.
- Should have a minimum of one year work experience within marketing & sales with demonstrated ability to grow revenue.
- Creative, proactive and able to work with cross functional peers.
- Deep knowledge of brand, social media & digital media marketing techniques. Well-informed on new trends in online marketing and ability to execute them.
- Research orientation to develop an understanding of the market & cater to it.
- Extremely well-rounded communicator. Person should have the ability to create anetwork and maintain great interpersonal rapport within it. Proficient in written andverbal communication (English).
- Negotiation skills.
- Should be able to develop a marketing strategy including operating with a budgetand managing the campaigns accordingly.
- Willing to work with flexible hours.
- Ability to work within tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure.

**Brownie Points**:

- Proven sales track record.
- 1 year of integrated and talent sponsorship experience will be an advantage.
- A pre-existing network of professionals in the field.
- Liaise with event specialists to develop new opportunities that will be appealing tosponsors to maximize income.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
