**Job Summary**:We are looking for an experienced and highly organized **Executive Assistant** to provide administrative support to our senior-level managers to join our corporate office team in **at Sector-3 Vaishali, Ghaziabad. **The **Executive Assistant** is **Highly Presentable, Smart** and will be responsible for managing calendars, making travel arrangements, and preparing expense reports. This role requires exceptional time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to act with discretion and professionalism. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing healthcare company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the Managing Director to support all aspects of their daily work routine.
- Maintain the Director's calendar, manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments, speaking engagements, and make travel (may include domestic and international) arrangements.
- Take dictation and minutes. Produce reports, presentations, and briefs. Handle requests and queries appropriately.
- Answer and screen the Director's phone calls and visitors, taking messages and directing calls appropriately for resolution. Maintain confidential and sensitive information.
- Coordinate work with other staff members as needed; play a key role in the coordination of staff efforts both within and outside the department. Take up other duties as assigned
- Provide coordination, monitoring, and communication of projects and programs.
- Keep the Director advised of time-sensitive and priority issues, ensuring appropriate strong follow-up.
- Schedule departmental meetings; assist in the preparation and distribution of meeting agendas and materials.
- Transcribe source material, prepare documents, reports, tables, and charts; distribute as appropriate.
- Prepare, reconcile, and submit expense reports.
- Attend meetings and take notes of discussion; prepare the initial draft of minutes.
- Source office supplies. Devise and maintain office filing system.

**Qualifications & Key Skills**:

- Any Bachelor's degree Or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Highly Presentable and smart with Min 1-2 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant or similar administrative role preferable in a Healthcare / pharma Or Related experience in hospitality industry
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite and Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
