We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our rapidly growing team as a Customer Support Executive. In this role, you will play a vital role in fostering positive relationships with our customers by providing timely and effective support across our communications portal.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Champion a positive experience: Actively listen to customer concerns, identify and address their needs with empathy and professionalism, and ensure their satisfaction with every interaction.
- Collaborate for success: Work seamlessly with internal teams to promptly resolve complex customer issues and contribute to continuous process improvement.
- Maintain meticulous records: Document customer interactions and transactions accurately, ensuring data integrity and facilitating efficient support delivery.
- Contribute to knowledge development: Share expertise and insights into customer needs, assisting in the development of informative FAQs and user guides.
- Stay ahead of the curve: Proactively seek knowledge of product updates and effectively communicate relevant information to enhance customer experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Exceptional communication skills: Possess a strong command of written and verbal communication (English), enabling you to articulate clearly and concisely while building rapport with customers.
- Demonstrated problem-solving aptitude: Approach challenges with a proactive and analytical mindset, finding effective solutions with a customer-centric approach.
- Prior customer support experience: Have a proven track record of success in delivering exceptional customer service, demonstrating a thorough understanding of best practices and service principles.
- Teamwork and collaboration: Thrive in a collaborative environment, fostering strong relationships with colleagues and effectively contributing to team success.
- Night shift availability: Openness to working night shifts is mandatory.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
