1. Manage the front office activities including visitor management & gate management.
2. Handling Phone calls.
3. Preparing Sales Invoices, Purchase Orders etc. in discussion with superiors
5. Handle local purchase activities by scheduling driver for material collections.
6. Handling Inward Outward of Couriers, Mails etc.
7. Front office hospitality.
8. Maintain First Aid Box.
9. Supervise Housekeeping, prepare housekeeping checklists and manage housekeeping staff.
10. Manage administrative functions like document filing, reminders, etc.
11. Capable of independent correspondence.
13. Good English & Marathi communication skills and inter personal skills.
14. Data Management.
15. Maintaining discipline in the office premises.
16. Travel management (Bookings, Visas etc.)
17. Conference Management.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,500.00 per month
Schedule:
