**Job Title: Admin Executive**
**Experience: 2 to 5 years.**

**Roles & Responsibilities of Admin Executive**
- **Office Management**:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day office operations to ensure a well-organized and efficient work environment.
- **Communication**:
- Serve as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- **Documentation**:
- Establish and maintain organized filing systems for company documents, records, and files.
- Assist in document preparation and distribution as needed.
- **Scheduling**:
- Coordinate and manage executives' schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- **Payroll Management**:
- Maintain and handle payroll for employees.
- **Meeting Coordination**:
- Organize and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required.
- **Supervision**:
- Oversee administrative staff, delegate tasks, and ensure the completion of assigned responsibilities.
- **Resource Management**:
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and other resources to meet organizational needs.
- **Policy Implementation**:
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to administrative functions.
- **Problem Solving**:
- Address and resolve administrative issues, escalating as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
**Asset Management**:
- Develop and implement strategies for the acquisition, utilization, and disposal of company assets.
- Maintain accurate records of all assets, including tracking their location, condition, and depreciation.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with asset management policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast asset needs and plan for future acquisitions.
- Optimize asset utilization to maximize productivity and minimize operational costs.
**Facility Management**:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of company facilities, including maintenance, security, and cleanliness.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to schedule repairs, renovations, and upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards for all facilities.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to prolong the lifespan of equipment and infrastructure.
- Manage facility budgets and allocate resources efficiently to meet operational needs.
**Qualifications of Admin Executive**:
- Experience required 1 to 2 years.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, with a track record of successful office management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
