**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Office Administration**:

- Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure a clean, safe, and efficient working environment.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities. Coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and other administrative tasks.
- **Vendor Management**:

- Source, evaluate, and onboard vendors for office services, including housekeeping, security, maintenance, and other facilities.
- Negotiate contracts, agreements, and service level agreements (SLAs) with vendors to ensure cost-effective and high-quality services.
- Coordinate with vendors to address issues, resolve disputes, and ensure timely delivery of services.
- **Housekeeping**:

- Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in the office premises.
- Schedule cleaning activities, inspections, and audits to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards and regulations.
- **Security and Safety**:

- Implement security protocols and procedures to safeguard company assets, employees, and visitors.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and drills. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- **Travel and Logistics**:

- Arrange travel bookings, accommodation, and transportation for employees, guests, and visitors as needed.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and conferences, including venue booking, catering, and audiovisual requirements.
- **Documentation and Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to office administration, vendor contracts, and facilities management.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required by management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Must have own bike for commuting purposes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
