**Role Description**

**Job Title: Sales Coordinator**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Verify Purchase Orders (PO) against quotations for accuracy and compliance.
- Convert Purchase Orders into Sales Orders (SO) in the system.
- Ensure consistency in billing details, shipping details, payment terms, delivery terms, GST Number, item names, quantities, and prices on POs and SOs.
- Manage inventory and update the purchase sheet accordingly.
- Communicate stock availability promptly to the purchase team.
- Coordinate with the sales team to plan order dispatches.
- Identify and report payment issues to sales and recovery teams.
- Generate invoices as needed for completed orders.
- Prepare and submit E-invoices to the IRP for dispatch.
- Generate E-way bills for invoices ready for dispatch.
- Resolve issues related to E-invoicing and E-way billing.
- Monitor and update the status of pending Sales Orders and take necessary actions for closure.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Attention to detail in verifying and maintaining accuracy in documentation.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
- Problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- 1-3Yrs of Experience in sales operations or coordination.
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
