D.K Industries is a prominent manufacturer specializing in Henna Hair Colors, Herbal Powder, and Khadi India Premium Personal Care Products. With a commitment to quality and natural beauty solutions, we are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Executive to join our team in New Delhi.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional targets for Henna Hair Colors, Herbal Powder, and Khadi India Premium Personal Care Products.
- Identify and establish relationships with key distributors, retailers, and salon partners in the assigned area.
- Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Provide product training and support to distributors, retailers, and other sales channels.
- Ensure effective merchandising and promotional activities to enhance product visibility and brand awareness.
- Generate and analyze sales reports, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the FMCG or Personal Care Products industry.
- Strong understanding of the New Delhi market and distribution channels.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Knowledge of Henna Hair Colors, Herbal Powder, or Khadi India products is a plus.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience.

**Salary**: ₹9,928.13 - ₹37,275.86 per month

**Benefits**:
