- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand UrbanGabru's market presence in Mumbai.- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.- Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders.- Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior and trends to inform sales strategies.- Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and provide timely reports to senior management.

Requirements:

- Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the beauty or grooming industry.- In-depth knowledge of the Mumbai market and its dynamics.- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
