**About Us**

Bamigos is a start-up creating innovative, locally made arcade games enjoyed nationwide. We're two years old, and our games are already entertaining players at multiple locations.

We're seeking an organized **Office Administrator** to manage daily administrative tasks and support our team.

**Responsibilities**
- **Office Management**:

- Oversee daily office operations.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Manage schedules and appointments.
- Keep files and records organized.
- **Financial Tasks**:

- **Manage inventory and track stock levels.**:

- **Handle petty cash expenses and employee reimbursements.**:

- **Coordinate with our accountant using Zoho Books for invoicing and bookkeeping.**:

- **HR Support**:

- Assist with onboarding new employees.
- Maintain employee records.
- **Vendor and Client Relations**:

- Communicate with vendors and suppliers.
- Assist with client communications.

**Qualifications**
- Experience as an office administrator or similar role.
- Knowledge of inventory management and basic accounting.
- Familiarity with Zoho Books (or willing to learn).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
