**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and prospect potential retail distributors in the Chennai area to expand the distribution network for KIDMAYA's premium toy brands.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new retail partners to drive sales growth and achieve distribution targets.
- Conduct regular visits to retail outlets, toy stores, and potential distributor locations to promote KIDMAYA's products and secure distribution agreements.
- Provide product training and support to retail partners to ensure effective product merchandising and sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional activities and campaigns to boost brand awareness and drive sales.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, market insights, and distributor performance to the management team.
- Represent KIDMAYA at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to network with potential partners and promote our product portfolio.
- Have collection responsibity of timely payments from the clients.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in any stream from a recognized institution.
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the toy industry or related field.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil, both verbal and written. Proficiency in Hindi and English is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Chennai and surrounding areas to meet clients and explore business opportunities.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for preparing reports and presentations.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel.
