Job Title: Field Sales Representative (B2B Sales)

Location: Kolkata, West Bengal

**Salary**: Up to Rs 25,000 per month (plus performance-based incentives)

Position Overview:
The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and managing relationships with existing clients. This role involves traveling within the designated territory to meet with potential and current clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions to drive sales and achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Client Meetings: Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to present company products/services and negotiate terms.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay informed about market developments.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards targets. Prepare regular reports for management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the internal sales team and other departments to ensure alignment on client needs and product offerings.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B sales or a similar role, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential.
- Knowledge: Understanding of the [industry/sector] and market trends. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
- Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
